Wedding Information
Congratulations on your engagement! We are pleased you would consider Garland Lodge & Resort as the venue for your destination wedding. Known as "Michigan's Most Beautiful Resort," Garland stands for so much more than just having four championship golf courses and the largest log structure this side of the Mississippi River. The charm and rustic sophistication of this Northern Michigan gem provides a spectacular setting with its natural beautiful surroundings for any special occasion.
Our ceremony site is located in the middle of 200-year-old maple trees and flourishing evergreens. The bride walks down a flagstone path that leads up to our arbor with the pond and a cascading fountain as the backdrop. Guests then continue with the celebration in one of three reception locations: the rustic Great Room highlighting an impressive fireplace and deer antler chandeliers to accent the room, the Garland Center with a cathedral ceiling showcasing a magnificent chandelier, or our elegant high-peak tent that holds up to 300 people. The delectable wedding menu is sure to delight the taste buds, as well.
